Ingredients:

1 bottle coconut aminos

6 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar

3 bay leaves

2 tbsp minced garlic

2 packs of organic chicken thighs bone in

brown basmati rice

Cook:

Add to crockpot coconut aminos, vinegar, garlic and bay leaves, then raw chicken.  I leave mine on low for about 8 hours.  I use a rice cooker for the brown rice, follow instructions for your rice cooker or on bag to cook.  Serve chicken and broth over rice in bowl.
